1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99qq ("99qq", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 99qq website at 99qq.bet and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 99qq platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the 99qq platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. You are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from the 99qq platform or any associated platform for a breach of these Terms or any comparable terms on another platform.
• You are using funds that belong to you and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 99qq complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
• You understand that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. You accept this risk entirely.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 99qq platform, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.

• Each individual may hold only one account on the 99qq platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time codes. 99qq will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity. You must notify 99qq immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 99qq reserves the right to verify account information at any stage using KYC procedures, including identity verification using a valid NID or passport and confirmation of the payment method used.

99qq reserves the right to close any account that is found to contain inaccurate information, that has been operated in breach of these Terms, or where 99qq determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of that account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99qq platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 99qq supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, as a safeguard against money laundering.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 99qq reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a valid NID, passport, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Deposits made in error or by unauthorized parties must be reported to 99qq support immediately. 99qq accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of a payment method before such unauthorized use is reported.
• Funds held in a 99qq account do not earn interest. 99qq is not a bank and does not provide banking services. Account balances are held for gaming purposes only.

99qq reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the resolution of any dispute, investigation, or suspected breach of these Terms. In cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, 99qq may freeze account funds and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

5Bonuses and Promotions

99qq may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed the registration process and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover amount and qualifying games will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 99qq reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error will be removed from the player's account.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Cash bonuses and free spin winnings are credited to your real-money balance after wagering requirements are met.

6Responsible Gaming

99qq is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. By using the platform, you acknowledge the following:

• You may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits from within your account settings. Once set, cooling-off periods apply before any limit can be increased.
• You may request a temporary time-out from your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion is available for players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic. A self-exclusion request submitted to [email protected] will be actioned within 24 hours and will remain in force for a minimum of six months.
• Gambling should always be treated as entertainment with a fixed budget. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please seek help immediately and contact our support team.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99qq platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account, for any purpose including the circumvention of any suspension, exclusion, or limit.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live casino games, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of a game.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or underpayment or overpayment errors on the platform. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. 99qq is required by applicable law to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

99qq monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such activity is detected, 99qq may act immediately and without prior notice to suspend the relevant account, freeze funds, void bets, and recover any amounts paid in error.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 99qq platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, images, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of 99qq or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the intellectual property of 99qq or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 99qq platform for any commercial or public purpose without the prior written consent of 99qq. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the platform for gaming purposes is permitted under these Terms.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99qq, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. 99qq does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the platform.

10Amendments to These Terms

99qq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 99qq will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the contact details held on the player's account. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account, subject to the verification requirements set out in Clause 4.

11Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the relevant dispute resolution process as notified by 99qq from time to time. Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact 99qq support at [email protected] so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved informally where possible.
